No. DeynBook is month to month, and you can cancel any time from your settings page. If you pay yearly you save about 16%, and if you cancel mid-year we refund the unused months.
We move them for you. Send us a photo of your pages or a spreadsheet during onboarding and our team enters the balances for you at no cost. Most stores are fully migrated within two business days.
Everything is encrypted in transit with TLS and at rest with AES-256. Access is scoped by role, so a cashier can record a sale without seeing the whole ledger. We keep audit logs of every balance change, run automatic daily backups, and we never sell or share customer data.
Yes. The whole interface switches between English and Somali, reminder templates come in both languages, and our support line is answered by people who speak both.
